In 2023 FBD had the honor to help a classroom involvement and early education seminar with the CAE. FBD students given the opportunity to teach and guide students in elementary and middle school, providing an introduction to architecture and architectural thinking. Local Pittsburgh Children were able to enroll in the class to learn key architectural concepts such as mapping, climate analysis, technical drawings and model making. The workshop included three rotating stations where students were instructed and ended with time for students to create their own architectural model to take home.
